私はアメリカ出身で今アメリカに住んでますけど、パーティによってはお酒がでたりした時ありますよ。
Fake IDとかインターネットで買ったり、先輩とか兄姉に買ってもらったり、いろんなほうほうでみんな入手してます。
イタリアはわからないけどドイツだと１４歳で飲酒できるし。
あとカナダだと大麻は法律で認められてるので休日とか結構若い子でもすっててびっくりしたことがあります。

私も16のときイタリアいったんですが普通に飲みまくりました。
アメリカは高校生になるとないパーティの方が少なかったりしますが
上の方が言っているように偽IDとか年上の人とかに買ってもらっていたり、自分の家から持ち出したりしているみたいです。
でも結構見つかると煩いです。

But about drinking, I think you can still drink when you're younger than 18; you might say that about underaged extreme parties, but I feel like if you grew up drinking wine and champagne with your parents with meals like normal drinks, then you appreciate the good taste of the wine etc.
Maybe you're just talking about the partying, but that's my opinion.
I'm not trying to start a fight or anything; I'm not denying what you're saying. It's your opinon and I dont have the right to judge you.
But I was wondering, 18 and 1 week, or 17 and 11 months, it's no different. Even if someone's 18, if you still aren't mature enough,that person won't be able to appreciate the taste of wine etc.
but yeah, I'm guessing that you don't have anything against drinking in college?

お酒も飲んでるのみたことあります。

親が許可したら、公共ではないところでなら

I was born in '87 you gotta fill me in here lol I guess this has been going on for some time but I'm just not familiar with this whole thing. I'm not talking about college people, I'm mainly talking about the 12-16 yr olds that drink at parties and pass out because they couldn't handle the heavy amount of liquor that went into their bodies. I once knew this 14 yr old girl who drank 2 bottles of beer at a party wanting to be cool, passed out, and ended up getting raped by a 19 yr old dude. She couldn't remember a thing when she woke up the next day but the incident came back to haunt her later on in life. So that was how she pretty much learned her lesson. If you can't even handle 2-3 bottles of beer, you shouldn't be drinking in the first place.
oh and I dont drink wine or champagne. I'm not that classy. lol

It probably depends on your parents and your culture?
Are you from the States? I'm from the states but not a lot of parents give the children liquor, but mine did, and I know that alot of Europeans don't mind giving children at least a sip of wine or more.
I actually don't really like the taste of beer haha. And I'm 18 in 2 months but I still can't drink a shot of vodka without wincing haha.

ななみは2年間ドイツの彼氏がいたり、親戚がドイツ人と結婚したりして結構ドイツに行くので情報は確かですよ:)
あとイタリアは１８歳からですよ、ほぼみんな18歳未満でも飲んでますけど。でもイタリアの近くのマルタって国では16歳からです:)そこではディスコにも16歳から行けるんで夏はかなり遊び場：D
